                           In accordance with the Cabaret License section, §111-73 of the City Code, in
              Statute      an appeal regarding the issuance of a cabaret license, the Board of Zoning
                           Appeals shall conduct a de novo review of the determination of the City Clerk.
             Request       The applicant is appealing the City Clerk’s denial of the requested Cabaret
                           License.
