AHA owns the entire block except for 34 Cherry Street – a small triangular parcel of land located at the corner of Cherry and Church Street. Locating the wells is necessary to preserve the current landscape and parking configurations on the Steamboat campus. Additionally, AHA has maintained 34 Cherry Street for the past 20 years.
