The meeting was called to order by Chairman Van Buren at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Chairman: Lou Van Buren Members: Frank Prevratil Trevor Normandin Joshua Rowinski (Absent) Christopher Larabee Alternate: Phil Minissale Counsel: Victor Caponera Liaison: Trustee Murphy Chairman Van Buren called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance, indicated the exits and asked for all electronic devices to be silenced. Chairman Van Buren stated that due to his absence at the previous meeting, he will be relinquishing his chairman duties for the remainder of the meeting to Mr. Prevratil. Acting Chairman Prevratil stated that Mr. Minissale will have full voting privileges for this meeting. The minutes from the November 6, 2019 meeting were reviewed. Mr. Minissale made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Mr. Normandin seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous to accept the November 6, 2019 meeting minutes. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS JANUARY 22, 2020 The minutes from the December 4, 2019 meeting were reviewed. Mr. Minissale made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Mr. Normandin seconded the motion. VOTE: Unanimous to accept the December 4, 2019 meeting minutes. Acting Chairman Prevratil read aloud the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The decision letter is herein attached to these minutes. Acting Chairman Prevratil recommended the ZBA deny this application and asked members vote for or against the decision as written. VOTE: Mr. Van Buren – YES Mr. Normandin – YES Mr. Larabee – YES Mr. Minissale – YES Acting Chairman Prevratil – YES VOTE: Unanimous to deny the variances as presented for 557A Sand Creek Road.
