NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the SIGN REVIEW
BOARD of the Village of Colonie with respect to the following matter at the time and place
set forth below:

TIME & PLACE:                       Thursday, March 25, 2021
                                    6:30 p.m.
    Via Zoom Teleconference and livestreamed on the Village of Colonie YouTube page

APPLICANT:                             518 Realty
                                       1571 Central Ave
                                       Albany, NY 12205

        A sign permit application was received for 518 Realty located at the above mentioned
address for a modification to a conditionally approved sign variance previously granted on
July 24, 2014.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and Gov. Cuomo’s executive order 202.1 the
public is not able to participate in person during the hearing. All application materials are
available for review on the Village of Colonie website. If you would like to make
comment on this application, all comments must be submitted via e-mail to

2021
