Mayor Sim opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Mayor Sim Present Trustee Lockart Present Trustee Murphy Present Trustee Tobin Present Clerk Blot Present Minutes of the regularly scheduled board meeting that was held on August 3, 2020 were reviewed by the present members of the board. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the minutes, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin. VOTE: Trustee Lockart Yes Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Sim Yes Motion passed. Minutes approved. Resolution #2019-80 “Adoption of the retention and disposition schedule for New York local government records” was presented to the Mayor and Board for review. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution #2019-80, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy. VOTE: Trustee Lockart Yes Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Sim Yes Motion passed. Resolution #2019-81 “Amendment to fee schedule” was presented to the Mayor and Board for review. Again, Mayor Sim stated we are looking to consolidate some of these similar accounts. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution #2019-81, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy. VOTE: Trustee Lockart Yes Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Sim Yes Motion passed. Trustee Tobin mentioned the Planning Commission will be meeting on Tuesday, August 18th at 6:30 p.m. Chief Kayser said that the fire department responded to 3 serious incidents over the past 2 weeks. There was a fire on Rapple Drive, a carbon/gas alert at Hong Kong Bakery, Wolf Road and a large house fire in the jurisdiction of Midway. He also added that one of the firemen had heat exhaustion from the Rapple Drive fire. He mentioned there was good turnout for all calls. Abstract # 5 breakdown: General: $ 154,624.55 Water: $ 52,849.53 Sewer: $ 57,127.05 Total: $ 264,601.13 A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Lockart.
