Roll Call: Mayor Leak Present Trustee Lockart Absent Trustee Murphy Present Trustee Sim Present Trustee Tobin Present Attorney DeCotis Present Minutes of the regularly scheduled meeting held on December 3, 2018 were reviewed by the present members of the board. A motion was made by Trustee Sim to approve the minutes, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin. VOTE: Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Sim Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Leak Yes Motion passed. Minutes approved. The Clerk read aloud Resolution #45 of 2018 entitled, “Rescind request for Resolution #44 of 2018 – Repairs to Lincoln Avenue”. A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to approve Resolution #45 of 2018, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin. VOTE: Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Sim Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Leak Yes Motion passed. A request was made by the Clerk for approval of the December 2018 sewer adjustment report. The Clerk added that many of the adjustments were a result of an import error for the commercial properties, since they are based on the October 2018 water usage. The readings didn’t carry over into the sewer program. A motion was made by Trustee Sim to approve the 2018 December sewer adjustment list, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin. The following reports were submitted: November 2018 Outreach Center The Clerk added that the outreach center helped over 30 people this month. Mayor Leak thanked Mr. Casey, Katie and Carl and all who helped for their great work at the breakfast with Santa. Trustee Tobin added that the breakfast was great. He also mentioned that the planning commission will be meeting on December 18, 2018, and there are 2 items on the agenda. Trustee Murphy said all did a great job with the breakfast. Trustee Sim mentioned that the Department of Public Works had their first water break of the season on Sunset Boulevard. Attorney De Cotis reminded everyone to keep their houses and cars secure this time of year. He said that there was an attempted break-in on Lois Court, luckily the owners had a security system. Mr. Casey also mentioned that there was a car left running on Peter Drive and someone attempted to steal it. Mr. Casey said that maybe we should put something in the Villager to remind folks to keep their cars and houses secure. Mayor Leak thanked the DPW for a job well done with the water break. Abstract # 13 Breakdown General: $ 118,958.10 Water: $ 531,254.66 Sewer: $ 18,321.77 Total: $ 668,534.53 A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Sim.
