A motion was made by Trustee Sim to approve the minutes, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy. The Clerk read aloud Resolution #47 of 2018 entitled, “Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC, locally known as Charter Communications - agreement”. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution #47 of 2018, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Sim. The Clerk read aloud Resolution #49 of 2018 entitled, “Reversal of late fee – 48 Wolf Road”. This resolution would be to reverse the late fee incurred for 48 Wolf Road from their June 2018 sewer bill. The amount of reversal is $10.00. Clerk Blot explained that since this parcel is state owned, they are exempt from paying the late fee. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution #48 of 2018, as presented. Clerk Blot read aloud an e-mail from John Bullough, from RPI stating the LED lighting project should be starting in January 2019, along Central Avenue. Mayor Leak thanked the DPW for a job well done with the recent snow storm. Trustee Sim and Trustee Lockart also thanked DPW. Superintendent Decker said his department is at its best. He added that many of his employees are new and this was their first attempt at plowing and they did an amazing job. Trustee Lockart asked if we had anything to do with the water break on Wolf Road. Superintendent said that break happened in the Town of Colonie. Attorney De Cotis mentioned that he received some information regarding upgrades being done by the City of Watervliet and there is an access point behind some property in the Village of Colonie. He said he would update the board once he gets more information. Abstract # 15 Breakdown General: $ 129,277.15 Water: $ 8,532.98 Sewer: $ 7,215.71 Total: $ 145,025.84 A motion was made by Trustee Sim to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin.
