                                 BOARD OF TRUSTEES
                              MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2019
                                      6:30 P.M.

Mayor Sim opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge
of Allegiance, he also noted the exits.

Minutes of the public hearing that was held on December 2, 2019 were reviewed by the present
members of the board. There was no discussion.
A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to approve the minutes, as presented.
Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin.

Motion passed. Minutes approved.

Minutes of the regularly scheduled board meeting that was held on December 2, 2019 were
reviewed by the present members of the board. There was no discussion.
A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to approve the minutes, as presented.
Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin.

Motion passed. Minutes approved.

Trustee Tobin stated that there are three items on the Planning Commission agenda for
tomorrow, December 17th.
Mayor Sim stated that the Santa Parade went very well and breakfast with Santa is this upcoming
weekend and is very full. Mayor Sim added that there may be changes to the program next year
due to the high interest in the event.

Attorney DeCotis stated that he will be filling in for Attorney Caponera for tomorrow night’s
Planning Commission meeting.
There are two upcoming court matters on Thursday. The cases pertain to Robert Drive and Moon
Drive.

Mr. Bob Allen from the Colonie Fire Company stated that the Chief send his regards for not
attending, however all officers are in a live fire seminar.

Mr. Brian Casey stated that there are over 300 people signed up for breakfast with Santa.

Abstract # 13 breakdown:

General: $173,518.62
Water: $52,002.23
Sewer: $58,202.79
Total: $ 283,723.64

Trustee Murphy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Tobin seconded the motion.

VOTE: All in favor to adjourn the meeting.


Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
