A peddlers permit was presented to the Board on behalf of Keystone Novelties, LLC Keystone Fireworks, requesting a peddlers permit for 1680 Central Avenue, for the sale and distribution of fireworks from June 23, 2020 thru July 5, 2020. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the peddlers permit, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy. A census memorandum was read aloud by the Clerk, on behalf of Outreach employee Sue Bredice, who has been reaching out to the community to assist individuals in completing the 2020 census. The following reports were submitted for the month of May: Fire Department Mayor Sim thanked the employees and residents of the Village of Colonie for their diligence during the COVID-19 pandemic. He added that the Governors phase 3 is scheduled to take place Wednesday, and that we will be going along with the re-open stages set forth in the guidance of phase 3. All updates of our re-open will be posted on the Village website and facebook page. Trustee Tobin mentioned that the Planning Commission has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30 p.m. Via-zoom. There are 3 items on the agenda, all are tenant changes. Abstract # 1 breakdown: General: $ 81,788.04 Water: $ 14,621.82 Sewer: $ 14,621.80 Total: $ 111,031.66 Accounts Payable #1 breakdown: General: $55,559.02 Water: $528,615.13 Sewer: $1,661.74 Total: $585,835.89 A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to adjourn the meeting.
