VIA-ZOOM Mayor Sim opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Mayor Sim Present Trustee Lockart Present Trustee Murphy Present Trustee Tobin Present Clerk Blot Present Minutes of the regularly scheduled board meeting that was held on May 4, 2020 were reviewed by the present members of the board. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the minutes, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy. VOTE: Trustee Lockart Yes Trustee Murphy Yes Trustee Tobin Yes Mayor Sim Yes Motion passed. Minutes approved. Clerk Blot read aloud Resolution #2019-60 “Emergency Water Repair for Water Break on Jupiter Lane/Walker Way Capital Reserve Water Repair and Replace”. A motion was made by Trustee Murphy to approve Resolution #2019-60, as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Tobin. Clerk Blot read aloud Resolution #2019-61 “Roll Over Option of Vacation Accruals for 2019- 2020 Fiscal Year”. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution #2019-61, as presented. Clerk Blot mentioned that she and Treasurer Kathy Haas posted the tax collection notice in the Times Union, once a week for two consecutive weeks. Clerk Blot also noted that it states on the notice that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will be accepting tax and sewer payments via mail or drop-box only. Mayor Sim stated that this week the board will be making a decision about the summer events for the Village. Any updates will be posted to our website and facebook page. Trustee Tobin mentioned that the Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 6:30 p.m. via zoom and will be live broadcast on the Village youtube page. He added that the Goldstein subdivision for Central Avenue and a change of ownership for 16 A Wolf Road are the two items on the agenda. Abstract # 23 breakdown: General: $ 76,481.26 Water: $ 16,609.37 Sewer: $ 16,112.56 Total: $ 109,203.19 A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Murphy.
