                         NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
to determine whether the South Colonie Central School District is exempt or immune from the
Zoning Laws of the Village of Colonie, with respect to the School District’s planned
development of land at 96, 96A, 100 and 100A Broderick Street, a portion of said land being
situated within the Village’s Conservation-Residential District. The School District proposes to
construct and occupy certain improvements at said premises, including School District offices,
school bus storage an alternate education building and athletic fields.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that there has been duly presented
before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Colonie, New York,
on the 18TH day of October 2021, a need for a public hearing for
the aforementioned determination listed above,

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a public hearing will be
duly held on the 1st day of November 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at such
hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Village of Colonie’s regularly scheduled board meeting for
November 1, 2021 will start immediately following the public
hearing.
