Mayor Tobin opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 8:23p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the minutes. Motion seconded by Trustee Rubino. VOTE: Trustee Lockart Yes Trustee Rubino Yes Deputy Mayor Sim Yes Mayor Tobin Yes Motion passed. Minutes of the regularly scheduled board meeting that was held on October 18, 2021, were reviewed by the present members of the board. A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the minutes. Christina Secor requested a vote for Resolution 2021-76 “Purchase of excavator and trailer out of capital reserve funds-Water Equipment”. The following Correspondence were submitted and mentioned Letter from Menands resident, Bill Garvey Card from resident Marilynn Peckham Superintendent Lester Decker spoke on behalf of the purchase of new excavator. He advised purchasing the new excavator will give us the ability to dig deeper and not have to use an outside company. Mayor Tobin mentioned the success of the Halloween drive thru event held at Cook Park, Friday October 29, 2021. 130-145 bags were handed out to children.
