Mayor Tobin opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 8:23p.m. with the
Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of the public hearing that was held on October 18, 2021, were reviewed by the present
members of the board.
A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve the minutes.
Motion seconded by Trustee Rubino.

Minutes of the regularly scheduled board meeting that was held on October 18, 2021, were

Christina Secor requested a vote for Resolution 2021-76 “Purchase of excavator and trailer out of
capital reserve funds-Water Equipment”.
A motion was made by Trustee Lockart to approve Resolution 2021-76, as presented.
Motion seconded by Deputy Mayor Sim.

Christina Secor requested a vote for Resolution 2021-81 “Authorize he clerk to issue refund to
Timothy Hanifin, owner of 17A Hillside Avenue for April 2021 water bill, in the amount of
$112.50
A motion was made by Trustee Rubino to approve Resolution 2021-81, as presented.
Motion seconded by Deputy Mayor Sim.

Superintendent Lester Decker spoke on behalf of the purchase of new excavator. He advised
purchasing the new excavator will give us the ability to dig deeper and not have to use an outside
company.

Mayor Tobin mentioned the success of the Halloween drive thru event held at Cook Park, Friday
October 29, 2021. 130-145 bags were handed out to children.
