Mayor Tobin opened the meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees at 6:37 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. The Clerk requested a vote on the budget transfer that was submitted from Treasurer Secor. A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Sim to authorize the Treasurer to make the budget transfers, as requested. Mayor Tobin mentioned that there is a public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. regarding the Vly Road Subdivision, which will be held at the recreation center. Resident Mark Stevens on Pine Avenue asked for a status update on the Hoffman’s rezoning proposal, to which Mayor Tobin stated that they have had a back and forth response of some clarification issues and are still waiting for a few more issued to be addressed. He encouraged Mr. Steven’s to look for future agenda’s for the item to be added to for a vote.
