                        Applicant: Sam Petroleum, LLC, represented by Bohler Engineering.
                        Description: Redevelopment waiver request for the construction of a new one-
                        story 3,000 square foot minimart with 4 fueling pumps and a 720 square foot
                        self-standing carwash on a parcel that was previously a Getty gas station.

                    ii. [6:15 p.m.] 340 New Karner Road. Casale Self-Storage. (PL-20-00006)

                        Applicant: Tony Casale (Casale New Karner, LLC), represented by ABD
                        Engineers. Description: Subdivide into two lots and construct a 3-story 92,676
                        square foot self-storage building. TDE: CHA Companies.
