                     i. [6:00 p.m.] 1 Residence Inn Drive aka 1070 Troy Schenectady Road. The
                        Glen Apartments. Applicant/Owner: F Street Boulder Albany, LLC, presented
                        by ABD Engineers, LLP. Waiver requested for parking regarding a change of
                        use and conversion of existing hotel units into apartment units. The site is zoned
                        NCOR. DPW/PEDD Review.

                    ii.    [6:15 p.m.] 6 Autopark Drive. 4 & 6 Autopark Drive. Applicant: 4 and 6
                          Autopark Property, LLC. Owner: Amedore Autopark LLC. Major site plan
                          review to reconfigure lots 4 and 6, where lot 6 would include a 240,000+/- square
                          foot three-story medical/office building with parking, loading, and drop off areas.
                          Waivers requested for maximum setback and parking in the front yard. The site
