         a. [6:00 p.m.] 14 and 16 Vermont View Drive. 16-Unit Multi-Family Building.
            Applicant: Robert Abbatiello, represented by ABD Engineers, LLP. Sketch plan review
            of a site plan with lot line adjustment to construct a 16-unit, 2-story multifamily building;
            a single-family home will remain. The site is zoned MFR, multi-family residential.

         b. [6:15 p.m.] 1148 Troy Schenectady Road. British American Mixed Use. Applicant:
            Pepper Woods, LLC, represented by Advance Engineering & Surveying PLLC. Concept
            plan review of a site plan to merge two parcels and develop three (3) four-story
            Apartment buildings with one level of parking and a total of 70 apartments, six (6) two-
            story Apartment buildings with a total of 68 apartments and twelve (12) one-story
            buildings that range from two to four cottages for a total of 42 cottages. The total number
            of units will be 180 residential units. A one-story Clubhouse is also proposed for use of
            the project residents. The site is zoned CO, commercial office. TDE: Barton &
