         a. [6:00 p.m.] 44 Waterford Avenue East. Applicant: Richard G. Rosetti, LLC;
            represented by Nia Cholakis. Referral from Town Board to make a recommendation on a
            request to rezone approximately 2.35 acres located at 44 Waterford Avenue East from
            Single-Family Residential (SFR) to Multi-Family Residential (MFR) with the intent to
            construct four two-family homes. The site is zoned SFR, single-family residential.

         a. [6:15 p.m.] 261-261A Troy Schenectady Road. Schuyler Manor Conservation
            Subdivision. Applicant: Marini Homes, LLC; represented by Advance Engineering and
            Surveying, PLLC. Amendment to approved conservation subdivision to remove a “no
            disturbance” area behind lots 17, 19, and 21 Penfield Drive containing poplar trees and
            underbrush to be replaced with eighteen (18) 8-foot to 10-foot evergreen trees at the rear

            review for a Three-lot subdivision with the anticipated construction of two buildings for
            Capital Region BOCES, totaling 206,000sqft with 475 parking spaces. The site is zoned

         c. [7:00 p.m.] 28 Everett Road Extension. Crisafulli Senior Living PDD. Applicant:
            Crisafulli Associates, LLC; represented by Hershberg & Hershberg. Application to
            rezone approximately 10 acres located at 28 Everett Road Extension from Neighborhood
            Commercial Office Residential (NCOR) to Planned Development District (PDD) with the
            intent to develop a 4-story, 197,600 square foot building for 153 independent senior
            apartments. The site is zoned NCOR, neighborhood commercial office residential. TDE:

         d.    [7:30 p.m.] 767 Troy Schenectady Road. Medical Office Building. Applicant: J.
              Luke Construction Co., LLC; represented by ABD Engineers, LLP (Luigi Palleschi).
              Final site plan review for the construction a one-story, 15,000 square foot medical office
              building for multiple tenants with 88 parking spaces. Primary access via new driveway on
              Troy Schenectady Rd. The site is zoned NCOR, neighborhood commercial office
