            a. [6:00 p.m.] 33 & 45 Forts Ferry Rd. The Summit at Forts Ferry Mixed Use.
               Applicant: Frank Nigro, presented by VHB. One-year extension of project site plan
               approval. Construct two-story, 30,000 square foot office and three-story, 62-unit senior
               apartment. The site is zoned OR, Office Residential. TDE: CHA Companies (PL-17-
               00012). This item is continued from December 1, 2020

            b.    [6:00 p.m.] 396 Watervliet Shaker Road. Verizon Wireless Service Facility.
                 Applicant: Cello Partnership dba Verizon Wireless, presented by Young/Sommer LLC.
                 Concept acceptance for the construction of a 79-foot tall stealth monopine
                 telecommunication facility. The site is zoned SFR, Single-Family Residential. TDE:
                 CHA Companies. (PL-20-00017). This item is continued from December 1, 2020

            c.   [6:15 p.m.] 925 Watervliet Shaker Rd. Capital BOCES. Applicant: BBL Construction
                 Services, LLC represented by Hershberg & Hershberg. Final review to construct two
                 buildings totaling 206,000 square feet: a 165,000± square foot Career & Technical
                 Education Center and a 41,000± square foot Maywood Special Education School, and
                 510 parking spaces. The site is zoned CO, commercial office. TDE: Barton and
                 Loguidice. (PL-20-00007). This item is continued from December 1, 2020

            d. [6:30 p.m.] 1126 Loudon Road. Ridgeview Meadows at North Colonie Subdivision.
               Applicant: Benjamin Avery and Black Rock Construction, presented by The Chazen
               Companies. Public hearing and final review of a 22.15-acre, 22-lot subdivision with 20
         residential lots, one storm water lot, and one lot dedicated to the Town. The subdivision
         will be served by an extension of Wetherby Court, a road constructed off Nottingham
         Way and another that will intersect the Wetherby Court extension and terminate in a
         temporary cul-de-sac at the property line of the lands of Reo and Anderson. The site is
         zoned SFR, Single-Family Residential. TDE: Barton & Loguidice. (PL-18-00012, SD18-
         014). This item and associated public hearing is continued from December 1, 2020
