               for the construction of a new Honda dealership building and associated parking on the
               site formerly occupied by a garden center, the construction of a single story building and
               associated parking for a collision center/autobody shop, conversion of the existing Honda
               building into the Keeler Pre-Owned Center, and to convert the existing collision center/
               autobody shops into related facilities. The site is zoned COR, Commercial Office

            c. [6:30 pm] 74A Sparrowbush Rd. Sparrowbush Conservation Subdivision. Applicant:
               686 Rt. 7 LLC, presented by Advance Engineering & Surveying PLLC. Sketch Plan
               review of a proposed 93-lot conservation subdivision of single-family homes on 65.5
               acres. Four new streets to be constructed. The site is zoned OR, Office Residential. TDE:
