               review for the construction of a 6,000 square foot office/warehouse and three self-storage
               buildings totaling 6,150 square feet. The site is zone COR, Commercial Office

            b. [6:30 p.m.] 609 Boght Rd. Kim Mixed Use Applicant: S.Y. Kim, represented by Verity
               Engineering, D.P.C. Concept Acceptance review of a mixed-use development comprised
               of two (2) separate structures - a single-story, 3,400 square foot commercial structure and
               a two-story, four-unit 4,747 square foot residential structure. The site is zoned NCOR,
