          b. [6:10 pm] 228 Watervliet Shaker Road Wireless Telecommunications Facility.
             Applicant: Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless represented by Evolution Site
             Services. Sketch plan review of construction of a public utility/telecommunication
             facility and tower. The site is zoned IND, Industrial. TDE: Barton & Loguidice (PL-21-

          c. [6:20 pm] 1201 Troy Schenectady Rd. NYSIF Office Building at Riverhill Center.
             Applicant: First Columbia LLC, represented by Advance Engineering & Surveying.
             Concept review of demolition of a one-story office building and construction of a
             107,000 square foot, four-story office building. The site is zoned COR, Commercial
