         b. [6:10 p.m.] 189 Sand Creek Rd. Sand Creek Rd Conservation Subdivision.

            Sketch plan review of a proposed conservation subdivision of 12 townhouses and 1
             single-family lot on 8 acres. The site is zoned SFR, Single-Family Residential.
