          b. [6:15pm] 11 Middlefield Avenue. Siena College Expansion. Applicant: Siena
             College, represented by Hershberg & Hershberg. Final review of proposed
             expansion of the science complex, adding a 47,700 square foot, three-story building.
             The site is zoned SFR, Single-Family Residential. TDE: CHA Companies (PL-22-
             00007).
