            Single-Family Residential. TDE: CHA Companies (PL-22-00007).

         a. 19 Forts Ferry Road, Meier Law Firm, PLLC. Applicant: Steven & Christina Meier.
            Request for pavement setback waiver. The site is zoned OR, Office Residential. No TDE
            (PEDD/DPW Review)

         b. 579 Troy Schenectady Road. Sam’s Fueling Station. Applicant: Latham Farms
            Owners, LLC, presented by Carlson Consulting. Request for a one-year extension of the
            Final Site Plan Approval for a new Sam’s Club 136 square-foot service building and a
            4,787 square-foot fuel canopy with eight fuel dispensers located in the southeastern
            corner of the Sam’s Club parking lot. The site is zoned HCOR, Highway Commercial

            Advance Engineering & Surveying. Final Site Plan Review for the construction of a
            47,000 square foot collision center and 43,000 square foot full-service Keeler Honda
            dealership. The site is zoned COR/SFR, Commercial Office Residential/Single-Family
