            modify the conservation area layout, to accommodate a driveway, as well as

            construction of a 46,000 square foot, one-story building, with 25 parking spaces.

            Ferraro. Presented by EP Land Services LLC. Sketch plan review update of
            merger of 358 Watervliet Shaker Road and 1 East Hills Blvd. Proposed 6 lot
            single family home subdivision. The site is zoned SFR, Single Family Residential.
