            Arico Associates. Waiver request for redevelopment site project proposing
            construction of a 3,600 square foot mixed-use building. The site is zoned

         e. 804 Loudon Road. Bank of America. Applicant: Baldwin 820 Realty LLC,
            represented by Stonefield Engineering & Design. Waiver request for front and
            rear setback proposed parking lot expansion. Site is zoned Highway Commercial
