Resolution No. 256 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Roemer, Wallens, Gold & Mineaux in connection with providing labor relations services for the year 2024. Resolution No. 257 authorizing the annual salary of the Emergency Medical Services Associate Medical Director to increase. Resolution No. 258 authorizing the annual salary of the Emergency Medical Services Medical Director to decrease. Resolution No. 263 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. in connection with financial and rate forecasting for the 2025 fiscal year budget cycle for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 264 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with EDR in connection with the performance of quantitative fiberoptic testing and troubleshooting of the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant control system network. Resolution No. 269 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with RBC Wealth Management in connection with investment services related to the Length of Service Award Program. Resolution No. 270 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Service, Inc. in connection with required chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety Facilities. Resolution No. 271 awarding the bid for Storm Water Drainage for the year 2024 to Anjo Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 272 awarding the bids for Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Parts II for 2024 to North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. and Northeast Sweepers & Rentals. Resolution No. 273 awarding the bid for Asphalt Concrete Materials F.O.B. Plant for the DPW/Division of Highway for Year 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements for same. Resolution No. 275 awarding the bid to MXI Environmental Services, LLC in connection with Household Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal for 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 276 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for a Request for Proposal in connection with the renovation of the Town of Colonie Golf Course. Resolution No. 277 authorizing the Supervisor to extend an existing Lease Agreement with the Village of Colonie for the use of space at the Village of Colonie Fire Station for the Town of Colonie EMS Department. Resolution No. 278 authorizing the payment in the amount of $3,102.20 to Travis and Kristin Winglosky in connection with a claim for vehicle damage occurring at the Public Operations Building on January 29, 2024. Resolution No. 279 authorizing the Acting Comptroller to be an authorized representative of the Town in connection with necessary documents for the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation 2024B Pooled Financing Program. Resolution No. 280 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to ยง68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 281 authorizing the payment in the amount of $12,000.00 to Shawn and Kimberly Higgins in connection with a claim for damage occurring at 630 Boght Road on January 7, 2024. Resolution No. 282 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement between the Town of Colonie and the Village of Colonie to provide for the sale of water and related services to the Village of Colonie.
