      Understanding with Midway Fire District for space at 200 Consaul Road for the
      Emergency Medical Services Department.

      Resolution No. 286 awarding the bid to Straight Line Industries, Inc. in connection with
      the pavement markings for 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an
      Agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 287 awarding the bid to Cassone Truck & Equipment Sales Co. in
      connection with the purchase of a dump truck with bucket boom and authorizing the
      Supervisor to enter into a Contract for same.
Resolution No. 288 awarding the bid to Jime’s Tree Service in connection with tree
removal and trimming for Highway for 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into
an Agreement for same.

Resolution No. 289 awarding the bids to Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and
North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. in connection with Fleet Vehicle
Maintenance Parts III for 2024.

Resolution No. 290 awarding the bids to Emergency Power Systems, LLC and Patriot
Onsite Generator Service, LLC in connection with Generator Townwide Maintenance
and Repair for 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements for same.

Resolution No. 291 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 292 establishing a Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution,
pursuant to 2 NYCRR 315.4, for elected and appointed officials for membership and
service credit in the New York State and Local Retirement System.

Resolution No. 293 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Catapult
Executive Consulting in connection with participating in the CSEA grade appeal process.

Resolution No. 294 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Catapult
Executive Consulting in connection with designing and administering a Job Evaluation
Plan and Compensation Program for Senior Management positions.

with the Emergency Response Diagnostic Services at the Mohawk View Water
Treatment Plant Highlift Pump Station Generator for the DPW/Division of Latham
Water.

Resolution No. 296 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
Agreement with Environmental & Fueling Systems, LLC in connection with diesel fuel
collection testing and analysis at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the
DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 297 approving the Town Clerk to appoint Holly Marois as Deputy Town
Clerk.

Resolution No. 298 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to
advertise for bids in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant
Main Pump Station Building Switchboards Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
      Resolution No. 299 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
      Adirondack Cabling and Security in connection with providing labor and materials to
      conduct fiber optic testing at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant.

      Resolution No. 300 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
      Agreement with Siewert Equipment in connection with labor and materials to rebuild a
      spare influent pump at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant.

      Resolution No. 301 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 4E to the
      contract with Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution
      Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.
