Resolutions

      Resolution No. 304 rescinding all prior resolutions in connection with the adoption of
      water usage rates and water service application fees and establishing new water usage
      rates and water service application fees to be paid by customers of the Latham Water
      District.

      Resolution No. 305 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Cost Increase with JCI Jones
      Chemicals, Inc. in connection with liquid chlorine being delivered and used at the
      Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant.

      Resolution No. 306 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
      review and consider the proposed amendment of 29 Harbor Lane in the Shelter Cove
      PDD.

      Resolution No. 307 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Collar
      City Auctions, Inc. in connection with the sale of government assets by online auction.

      Resolution No. 308 authorizing the clean-up of 21 Booth Street to remedy property
      maintenance code violations, as authorized by Chapter 62 of the Town Code and NYS
      Town Law Section 130, authorizing the expenditure of same not to exceed $7,500.00 and
      the levy of said expenses against the property on the 2024 Tax Roll.
