Resolutions

      Resolution No. 310 designating a Climate Smart Communities Coordinator.

      Resolution No. 311 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the
      contract with Anjo Construction in connection with the Brookhill Drive, Cascade Terrace
      and Ashford Lane area Water Main Replacement Project for the DPW/Division of
      Latham Water.

      Resolution No. 312 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering
      Service Agreement with Barton & Loguidice in connection with the West Albany
      Stormwater 2024 Phase I Infrastructure Project.

      Resolution No. 313 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

      Resolution No. 314 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with HERA
      Property Registry, LLC in connection with the monitoring and registration of
      vacant/abandoned/foreclosed properties throughout the Town.

      Resolution No. 315 awarding the bid to Stryker Sales LLC in connection with the
      purchase of Stryker Powered Ambulance Cots for the Emergency Medical Service
      Department and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 316 awarding the bid to Hendrickson Fire Rescue Equipment in
      connection with Remount TSU-2 Utility Body to New Chassis 2024 for the Emergency
      Medical Service Department and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for
      same.

      Resolution No. 317 awarding the bids to Milton Cat, Inc. and Grassland Equipment &
      Irrigation Corp. in connection with the OEM parts and Aftermarket Parts IV for the
      DPW/Division of Fleet Maintenance.
     Resolution No. 318 authorizing the payment in the amount of $4,000.00 to
     Michael Haggerty in connection with a claim for property damage at 44
     Loudon Parkway.

     Resolution No. 319 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
     Systems Development Group, Inc. in connection with support for the Town of
     Colonie’s Image Mate software in the Assessor’s Office.

     Resolution No. 320 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
     Santore’s World Famous Fireworks, LLC in connection with the fireworks
     display on August 17, 2024 in the amount of $7,500.00.
