Resolutions

      Resolution No. 361 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

      Resolution No. 362 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
      usage at 25 Eva Street.

      Resolution No. 363 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 with
      Koester Associates, Inc. in connection with the labor and materials to repair the
      Secondary Clarifier 3 at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant.

      Resolution No. 364 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
      Agreement with Cummins, Inc. in connection with the service and maintenance of the
      generator and transfer switch for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

      Resolution No. 365 authorizing the payment of $4,296.58 to the property owners of 22
      Iris Lane.

      Resolution No. 366 awarding bid to James H. Maloy, Inc. in connection with the Albany
      Shaker Road Safety Improvements and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an
      agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 367 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with RDM
      Construction Companies in connection with labor, equipment and materials to sealcoat
      and reinstall pavement markings at the Town Library parking lot.
