Kelly to the position of Utility Locator, Grade 10, in the DPW/Division of Highway. Resolution No. 390 amending Resolution No. 182-E for 2024 and provisionally appointing Andrew T. Boyd to the position of Storm Water Management Inspector, Grade 10, in the DPW/Division of Highway. Resolution No. 391 appointing Michael Lang as a member of the Conservation Advisory Council. Resolution No. 392 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 393 directing a public hearing upon the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year 2025. Resolution No. 394 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider a plan amendment to the Montage PDD at 28 Everett Road. Resolution No. 395 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New York State to accept funding related to the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee’s Highway Safety Grant Program. Resolution No. 396 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Sale & Purchase Agreements with the North Colonie Central School District and South Colonie School District in connection with the supply of road salt for use during the winter season of 2024/2025. Resolution No. 397 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with the Passive Road Surveying software to be utilized on DPW/Highway Vehicles. Resolution No. 398 awarding the bid for Precast Catch Basins, Manholes, Grade Adjustments and Drywells for the year 2025 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements and any renewal agreements for same. Resolution No. 399 awarding the bid for the Salt/Sand Storage Building Repair and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements for same. Resolution No. 400 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with CivicPlus in connection with a municipal mass notification system that allows for email, texting and voice communications as well as GIS mapping integration. Resolution No. 401 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Kenyon Pipeline Inspection LLC for purchase and installation of CIPP Lining pursuant to General Municipal Law 103. Resolution No. 402 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with KB Engineering & Architecture, P.C. in connection with the development of a master plan for the North Colonie Youth Baseball Park.
