Resolutions

      Resolution No. 405 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to
      advertise for bids in connection with catering services for the 2025 Senior Resources
      Lunch & Learn Series.

      Resolution No. 406 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
      with the Latham Pump Station VFD repair for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

      Resolution No. 407 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guardian
      Life Insurance Company of America to provide life insurance to Town employees for the
      2025 calendar year.

      Resolution No. 408 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
      District Physicians Health Plan in connection with a Medicare Advantage Health
      Insurance Plan for retirees for 2025.

      Resolution No. 409 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
      review and consider the proposed amendment of 12 Justin Street in the Maxwell Road
      Senior PDD.

      Resolution No. 410 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
      review and consider the proposed amendment of 47 Justin Street in the Maxwell Road
      Senior PDD.

      Resolution No. 411 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the North
      Colonie Central School District for providing a Town Police Officer to act as a School
      Resource Officer for 2024-2025.

      Resolution No. 412 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Language
      Line Services, Inc. in connection with supplying phone/video court certified interpreters
      when needed in Justice Court.
       Resolution No 413 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to reject
       all Request for Bids received in connection with the redevelopment and repair of Well
       #2.

       Resolution No. 414 authorizing the Supervisor to renew an Agreement with Algonquin
       Communications for professional services in connection with the Town’s obligations
       under certain leases regarding wireless telecommunications facilities.

       Resolution No. 415 Calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 12A of State of New
       York Town Law in Relation to the Proposed Minor Subdivision at 24 Knadler Drive –
       S.I.A. 2023-001 and Authorizing Supervisor to Execute Escrow Agreement in
       Connection with S.I.A. 2023-001.
