Resolutions

      Resolution No. 423 calling a public hearing in regard to the recommendation for the
      Open Development Area located at 415A Albany Shaker Road.
      Resolution No. 424 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.
      Resolution No. 425 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Stipulation of Settlement in
      connection with 73 Morris Road.
      Resolution No. 426 awarding bids to Joseph R. Wunderlich and RJ Valente Gravel Co. in
      connection with the purchase of Gravel and Sand for the year 2025 and authorizing the
      Supervisor to execute agreements and renewal agreements for same.
      Resolution No. 427 awarding the bid in connection with HVAC Preventative
      Maintenance and Repair for the year 2025 for various Town facilities and authorizing the
      Supervisor to execute agreements and renewal agreements for same.
      Resolution No. 428 authorizing payment in the amount of $3,926.28 to Jon Whaley in
      connection with a claim for certain property damage at 84 Mill Road.
      Resolution No. 429 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
      of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.
      Resolution No. 430 amending Resolution No. 393 for 2024 in connection with the
      Preliminary Budget.
