Resolution No. 491 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Behavioral Health Specialist, PLLC for the year 2025. Resolution No. 492 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town departments and adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town Departments for 2025 and authorizing the Supervisor to make appointments to such positions. Resolution No. 493 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Access Compliance, LLC in connection with various professional medical services for the year 2025. Resolution No. 494 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Dr. Robert Wishnoff in connection with providing substance abuse professional services for the year 2025. Resolution No. 495 amending Resolution No. 558 for 2023 adding the titles of Attorney Intern and Town Publication Coordinator/Developer to the list of employees receiving an increase to their base pay. Resolution No. 497 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Roemer, Wallens, Gold & Mineaux, LLP in connection with labor relations services for the year 2025. Resolution No. 498 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with various senior citizens clubs for 2025. Resolution No. 499 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Bank of America, N.A. in connection with the acceptance of the Albert & Elsbeth Field Memorial Fund Trust 2025 distribution of $30,000 to the Senior Resources Department. Resolution No. 500 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Albany County Department of Aging for the III-E Caregivers Program for assistance and counseling to elderly persons. Resolution No. 501 pursuant to Highway Law §142-b(3) authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with any or all of the Fire Districts and Fire Protection Districts for snow removal and salting of a portion of firehouse parking lot(s) for 2025. Resolution No. 502 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the Highway Roadway Permit Fee Schedule and Small Cell Wireless Permit Fee Schedule and adopting new Fee Schedules for 2025. Resolution No. 503 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to Roll-Off Container Fees and adopting a new Fee Schedule for Residential Use of DPW/Highway Division Roll-Off Containers. Resolution No. 504 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the Fee Schedule for the sale of screened, crushed and raw millings and adopting a new fee schedule for the same. Resolution No. 505 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to rates for hired trucks for the DPW/Highway Division and adopting new rates for the year 2025. Resolution No. 506 rescinding all prior resolutions in connection with the adoption of water usage rates and water service application fees and establishing new water usage rates and water service application fees to be paid by customers of the Latham Water District. Resolution No. 507 adopting the standardization of Neptune Water Meters and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for the same for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 508 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the Century Hill Drive Pump Station at 24 Century Hill Drive by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 509 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for request for proposals in connection with construction inspections for new construction infrastructure. Resolution No. 510 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a 3-year lease Agreement with the Latham Fire Department in connection with space to be utilized by the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 511 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with renewal of Owners and Contractors Protective Liability insurance coverage for the Town through Selective Insurance Company of the Southeast. Resolution No. 512 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with the retention of excess workers’ compensation insurance coverage through The Travelers Indemnity Company. Resolution No. 513 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with the retention of workers’ compensation insurance coverage for benefit of the Town’s volunteer firefighters through Public Employees Risk Management Association, Inc. Resolution No. 514 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 515 awarding the bid for EMS Medical Supplies for the year 2025. Resolution No. 516 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of electrical lines at Public Safety and authorizing the use of Johnson Electrical, LLC for emergency electrical services for various Town sites. Resolution No. 517 awarding the bid to Krueger Electrical Contracting in connection with lighting replacement in the Public Safety Building and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement and renewal Agreements for same. Resolution No. 518 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to adopting a Fee Schedule for the Building Department, including Fire Services and the Municipal Training Facility, and adopting a new Fee Schedule for the same for 2025. Resolution No. 519 authorizing the Town Board to amend the Town Procurement Policy and to approve a revision to incorporate the list of Town Employees responsible for purchasing pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 104-b. Resolution No. 520 awarding the bid to George E. Ley Company in connection with the Town of Colonie Golf Course Phase-I renovation and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement for the same. Resolution No. 521 authorizing the undertaking of various capital improvements to the Latham Water District, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5,675,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the local finance law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the town supervisor. Resolution No. 522 authorizing the undertaking of various capital improvements to the pure waters district, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,130,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the local finance law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the town supervisor. Resolution No. 523 authorizing the acquisition of various Town highway machinery and apparatus, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $535,000 of the town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the local finance law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the town supervisor. Resolution No. 524 authorizing the undertaking of various equipment and vehicle acquisition projects for Town purposes, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,415,900 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 525 authorizing the acquisition of various equipment for Town Emergency Services, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $881,680 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 526 authorizing the undertaking of capital improvements to the Town Golf Course, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $7,500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 527 authorizing the undertaking of design phase projects for various Town Facilities, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $275,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 528 authorizing the undertaking of capital improvements to various Town Facilities, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $910,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 529 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to various storm sewer systems in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,070,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 530 authorizing roof replacement of various Town properties, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $250,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 531 authorizing the undertaking of various highway and street reconstruction and paving projects in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 532 authorizing capital improvements to Town buildings, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $428,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 533 amending Resolution No. 310-C for 2022 and provisionally appointing Jesse A. Kean to the position of Water Meter Service Worker, Grade 9, in the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 534 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) repair at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and execute Agreements for the same. Resolution No. 535 approving the re-appointment by the Town Clerk of the Deputy Town Clerk. Resolution No. 536 authorizing the re-appointment and appointment of Bingo Inspectors for the 2025 calendar year. Resolution No. 537 re-appointing a Registrar and Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics commencing January 1, 2025. Resolution No. 538 authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements with S.W. Pitts Hose Company, Maplewood Fire Department, Fuller Road Fire Department, Inc., Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department and Verdoy Fire Department to provide fuel storage space at the Public Operations Center Fuel Storage Facility.
