          a. 447 Albany Shaker Road. Learning Experience – Colonie. Applicant: The
             Benchmark Group. Represented by Labella Associates. Sketch plan review for the
             construction of a 1-story, 10,000 square foot day-care center with a 5,000 square
             foot playground and associated parking. The site is zoned Neighborhood
             Commercial Office Residential (NCOR). TDE: Barton and Loguidice. (PL-25-
             00011).

          b. 969 Watervliet Shaker Road – Afrim’s Complex Addition. Applicant: Afrim’s
             Sports Inc., represented by Verity Engineering. Concept plan review for the
             proposed construction of an 8,800 SF steel-framed building and 1,730 SF
             connector building to provide access to existing clubhouse. The new structure will
             house an indoor athletic field and court. The site is zoned Commercial Office
             (CO). TDE: Barton & Loguidice. (PL-24-00179).

          c. 1130 Central Avenue, Asian Food Market. Applicant: Ren Garden Group, Inc,
             represented by MRB Group. Concept plan review for proposed construction of a
             31,200 square foot supermarket with an attached 5,000 square foot warehouse, a
             10,000 square foot retail building, and a 12,100 square foot warehouse building
             with an attached 2,400 square foot office. The site is zoned Industrial (IND).
