Resolution No. 220 awarding the Request for Proposal to Family & Children Services of the Capital Region, Inc. d/b/a Capital EAP in connection with Employee Assistance Program services and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 221 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb Company, Ferguson Waterworks and Core & Main LP for Pipe, Fittings and Hydrants for 2025 for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements for same. Resolution No. 222 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 14 Richmond Street due to failure of the property owner to provide accurate water usage information. Resolution No. 223 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the 30” valve at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant High Lift Pump Station for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 224 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Jahnke & Sons Construction, Inc. in connection with the construction of a custom fire training simulator at the Municipal Training Center. Resolution No. 225 authorizing the Supervisor to extend a Rental Agreement with S.M. Gallivan, LLC in connection with the rental of an asphalt screener for one (1) additional week. Resolution No. 226 authorizing the Supervisor to extend an existing Lease Agreement with the Village of Colonie for the use of space at the Village of Colonie Fire Station for the Town of Colonie EMS Department. Resolution No. 227 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with TimeClock Plus, LLC for a subscription to Aladtec in connection with the Online Employee Scheduling and Workforce Management System for the EMS Department. Resolution No. 228 awarding the Request for Qualifications to Hayes Northeast, LLC in connection with claims management and adjustment services and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for the same. Resolution No. 229 authorizing the payment in the amount of $1,755.00 to Sean and Sarah Gemerek in connection with a claim for certain property damage at 22 Harding Avenue. Resolution No. 230 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 231 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Service, Inc. in connection with required chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety Facilities. Resolution No. 232 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Brawn Media in connection with advertising services to promote the 2nd Annual Town of Colonie Job Fair event. Resolution No. 233 declaring an undeveloped portion of Bayberry Drive to be surplus property, abandoning same as a Town highway and authorizing the sale of same subject to Section 90 of the New York State Town Law. Resolution No. 234 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Syvertsen Rigosu Architects, PLLC in connection with building evaluation services. Resolution No. 235 adopting/not adopting a proposed local law of the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Local Law 4 of 2020 of the Town Code. Public Hearings Public Hearing in connection to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving/not approving the conveyance and dedication of the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure located at 1201 Troy-Schenectady Road to the Town of Colonie, known as S.I.A. #2025-001. Resolution No. 236 of 2025 Resolution pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving/not approving the conveyance and dedication of the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure located at 1201 Troy-Schenectady Road to the Town of Colonie, known as S.I.A. #2025- 001. Public Hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s 2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Section 8 Programs. Resolution No. 237 of 2025 adopting/not adopting the Town of Colonie’s 2025 Five- Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Section 8 Programs.
