Resolution No. 315 establishing a Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution, pursuant to 2 NYCRR 315.4, for elected and appointed officials for membership and service credit in the New York State and Local Retirement System. Resolution No. 316 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with HiTech Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Pulsiam) in connection with software and hardware support at the Police Department. Resolution No. 317 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Shaker Road Loudonville Fire Department in connection with leasing a portion of the firehouse to Colonie EMS. Resolution No. 318 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Santore’s World Famous Fireworks, LLC in connection with the fireworks display on August 16, 2025 in the amount of $7,500. Resolution No. 319 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for 2025 with the Verdoy Fire Department in connection with the use of the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course located on Onderdonk Road. Resolution No. 320 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Belfor USA Group, Inc. in connection with Town vehicle maintenance. Resolution No. 321 adjourning the public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code. Resolution No. 322 approving the appointment of Emergency Services Committee Operations Officers. Resolution No. 323 authorizing the Supervisor to participate in the National Grid Small Business Program in connection with installing LED lighting in various Town facilities. Resolution No. 324 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with CXT Precast Concrete Products in connection with the purchase of a restroom building at the West Albany Memorial Park.
