The proposed new construction of a 73.75-square-foot wall sign (Community Bank) with a height of 42 feet exceeds the maximum 20 feet from grade allowed as stated in the Town of Colonie Land Use Law, Article XV (Signs and Billboards), Section 190-83A (10) and 190 Attachment #5 - Table of Permitted Signs.
