Resolutions
       Resolution No. 326 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
       Agreement with Munter’s Corporation Air Treatment Division in connection
       with ServiceCaire Performance Testing and Inspection at the Mohawk View
       Water Treatment Plant.

       Resolution No. 327 authorizing the Purchasing and General Services
       Department to advertise for bids in connection with fence installation at the
       Public Safety Building.

       Resolution No. 328 adopting/not adopting the 2025 Albany County Hazard
       Mitigation Plan Update and Town of Colonie Jurisdictional Annex as required
       by FEMA.

       Resolution No. 329 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with
       Capital Region BOCES in connection with providing a Town Police Officer to
       act as a School Resource Officer.

       Resolution No. 330 requiring the Planning and Economic Development
       Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 14 Shore Lane in
       the Shelter Cove PDD.

       Resolution No. 331 awarding the bid to Industrial Strength Industries, LLC in
       connection with Tactical Gear for the Police Department and authorizing the
       Supervisor to execute an agreement and renewal agreements for same.

       Resolution No. 332 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
       Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
       connection with litigation.

       Resolution No. 333 Resolution appointing members to and designating the
       Chairman of the Conservation Advisory Council.
