Resolution No. 357 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Penflex Actuarial Services, LLC, in connection with administering plan amendments to the LOSAP Program. Resolution No. 358 awarding the bid to Access Anvil Corporation in connection with various fencing projects at the Public Safety Center and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 359 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with the walkway replacement at the Town of Colonie Golf Course. Resolution No. 360 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for proposals in connection with concession to operate food and beverage services at the Town of Colonie Golf Course. Resolution No. 361 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 13 Andree Court due to failure of the property owner to provide accurate water usage information. Resolution No. 362 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with renewal of the Town’s excess auto insurance coverage with Travelers Indemnity Company. Resolution No. 363 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Callanan Industries, Inc., in connection with In-Place Paving for the year 2025. Resolution No. 364 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., in connection with financial and rate forecasting for the 2026 fiscal year budget cycle for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 365 authorizing, for the remainder of 2025, the Supervisor or the Director of Purchasing and General Services to execute vendors’ credit applications and tax exemption certifications, to enable the Town to purchase goods and services that are to be procured in compliance with the terms of the Town’s procurement policy. Resolution No. 366 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the South Colonie Central School District for providing a Town Police Officer to act as a School Resource Officer. Resolution No. 367 awarding the bid to Tote Construction Services, Inc., in connection with sidewalk panel replacement at various Town sites and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 368 appointing the Town Supervisor, or his designee as Local Responsible Official for the purpose of receiving New York State Department of Transportation state and federal funds. Resolution No. 369 awarding the bid to Citymark Striping, LLC, in connection with sealcoating and striping of the Public Safety parking lot and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 370 awarding the bid to Sam Greco Construction, Inc., in connection with the Salt/Sand Storage Building Repair II and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 371 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order 1G with Tech Industries, LLC, in connection with the Schuyler Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 372 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order 1E with Stilsing Electric in connection with the Schuyler Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 373 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Facility Use Agreement with various agencies for the use of the Municipal Training Center for 2025. Resolution No. 374 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services to accept funding related to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program. Resolution No. 375 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with The Institute of Crime Science at The University of Cincinnati’s School of Criminal Justice in connection with the further development of data-driven public safety strategies regarding high call volume motels. Resolution No. 376 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with The John F. Finn Institute for Public Safety, Inc., in connection with data- driven strategies for the reduction of retail theft within the Town. Resolution No. 377 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 with Labella Associates, PC, in connection with additional services related to the Town Hall Window Replacement Project.
