             for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) regarding the proposed construction
             of solar arrays on two parcels totaling +/-75 acres. The site is zoned Single-Family
             Residential (SFR). TDE: CHA. (PL-22-00002 & PL-22-00003).
