Resolution No. 410 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., in connection with the ADS Software at the William K. Sanford Town Library. Resolution No. 416 authorizing the payment in the amount of $2,555.50 to Richard and Paulette Barlette in connection with a claim for certain property damage at 90 Fiddlers Lane. Resolution No. 417 authorizing the payment in the amount of $862.92 to Lisa Drake in connection with a claim for certain property damage. Resolution No. 418 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 419 authorizing the Supervisor to execute various contracts and agreements pertaining to appraisal services and legal services in connection with real property tax matters in 2026.
