Resolutions
      Resolution No. 409 establishing a Standard Work Day and Reporting
      Resolution, pursuant to 2 NYCRR 315.4, for elected and appointed officials
      for membership and service credit in the New York State and Local Retirement
      System.

      Resolution No. 410 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service
      Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., in connection with the ADS Software
      at the William K. Sanford Town Library.

      Resolution No. 411 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service
      Agreement with Ray Sign, Inc., in connection with the installation of a new
      sign for the Pruyn House Historical and Cultural Arts Center.

      Resolution No. 412 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General
      Services to advertise for bids in connection with resurfacing of the sports
      courts at Michael J. Anson Memorial Park, James G. Egan Memorial Park, and
      Lishakill Pocket Park.

      Resolution No. 413 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Consent to
      Assignment in connection with the contract with Baker & Taylor, LLC.

      Resolution No. 414 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Renewal
      Agreement between the Town of Colonie and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
      in connection with the use of the WRPI radio tower site.

      Resolution No. 415 declaring items as surplus and authorizing the Director of
      Purchasing and General Services to advertise the surplus auction and dispose
      of these items through Collar City Auction Services, Inc.
       Resolution No. 416 authorizing the payment in the amount of $2,555.50 to
       Richard and Paulette Barlette in connection with a claim for certain property
       damage at 90 Fiddlers Lane.

       Resolution No. 417 authorizing the payment in the amount of $862.92 to Lisa
       Drake in connection with a claim for certain property damage.

       Resolution No. 418 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
       Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
       connection with litigation.

       Resolution No. 419 authorizing the Supervisor to execute various contracts and
       agreements pertaining to appraisal services and legal services in connection
       with real property tax matters in 2026.

       Resolution No. 420 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
       Agreement with Anjo Construction, Ltd., in connection with pipe repair
       services for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

       Resolution No. 421 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General
       Services to reject all bids received in connection with the Pure Waters Sodium
       Hypochlorite Tank Replacement Project for the Mohawk View Water
       Pollution Control Plant and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General
       Services to re-advertise for the same.

       Resolution No. 422 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 7
       with Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Collection Operations Facility
       for DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
