(Keeler Collision Center) from the decision of the Building Department Director for the Town of Colonie denying them a sign permit for the premises located at 1111 Troy Schenectady Road. The proposed construction of an additional 88-square-foot wall sign (Keeler Collision Center) with a height of 15 feet exceeds the one allowed wall sign per tenant and exceeds the 36.8-square-foot maximum allowed square footage (per formula A), as stated in the Town of Colonie Land Use Law, Article XV Signs and Billboards, Section 190-83(A)(10) and Attachment #5 - Table of Permitted Signs.
