Resolutions
       Resolution No. 491 authorizing the Supervisor to include a printed bill insert in
       the General Tax Bill mailing in connection with sewer rents and the Sewer
       Benefit Assessment.

       Resolution No. 492 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
       Penflex Actuarial Services, LLC in connection with the administration of
       Length of Service Award Programs to the Town’s fire protection districts.

       Resolution No. 493 awarding the bid to Ingram Library Services, LLC, in
       connection with the supply of books and audio-visual materials to the William
       K. Sanford Town Library and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an
       agreement for the same.

       Resolution No. 494 appointing Todd Gardner to the Employee Assistance
       Program Committee.

       Resolution No. 495 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
       Doyle Security Systems in connection with the maintenance and repair of
       alarm equipment at the Collection Operations Facility.

       Resolution No. 496 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
       Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
       connection with litigation.

       Resolution No. 497 awarding the bid to Plant Food Company, Inc., Seeton
       Turf Warehouse, LLC d/b/a Noble Turf, First Turf & Ornamental, Ewing
       Irrigation Products, Inc., and Nutrien Ag Solutions in connection with Turf
       Products for 2026 and authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements for the
       same.
     Resolution No. 498 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a National Grid
     Electric Service Proposal in connection with the West Albany Memorial Park.
