      Resolution No. 32 naming Julie L. Gansle as Delegate and Peter G. Crummey
      as Alternate Delegate to the Association of Towns Meeting to be held February
      14-18, 2026.

      Resolution No. 33 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
      Jared Slingerland for Town Band Librarian services.

      Resolution No. 34 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
      State33, Inc., d/b/a Manage My Market in connection with the Town of
      Colonie Farmers Market.

      Resolution No. 35 authorizing the Supervisor to execute various contracts and
      agreements pertaining to appraisal services and legal services in connection
      with real property tax matters in 2026.

      Resolution No. 36 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with
      various Town of Colonie senior citizens clubs for 2026.

      Resolution No. 37 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a grant agreement
      with the Bank of America, N.A., in connection with the acceptance of the
      Albert & Elsbeth Field Memorial Fund for 2026 and distribution of $30,000 to
      the Senior Resources Department.

      Resolution No. 38 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
      the Albany County Department of Aging for the III-E Caregivers Program.
Resolution No. 39 amending Resolution No. 607 for 2025 adding the title of
Justice Court Clerk (seasonal) to the 2026 Manning Chart for seasonal
employees.

Resolution No. 40 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional
Engineering Agreement with MJ Engineering in connection with the 2026
Water Main Replacement Project for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 41 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services
to advertise for bids in connection with Freeze Dry Bed pavement repairs and
in-place pavement installation at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for
the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 42 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
Agreement with All Type Professional Door Service, Inc., in connection with
exit gate actuator replacement at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant.

Resolution No. 43 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated
water usage at 581 Albany Shaker Road due to failure of the property owner to
provide accurate water usage information.

Resolution No. 44 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 45 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services
to advertise for bids in connection with catering services for the 2026 Senior
Resources Lunch & Learn Series.

Resolution No. 46 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1
to the Agreement with LaBella Associates in connection with various Public
Safety Renovation Projects.

Resolution No. 47 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services
to advertise for bids in connection with resurfacing and striping of various
tennis and basketball courts throughout the Town.

Resolution No. 48 appointing member to the Local Development Corporation.

Resolution No. 49 appointing member to the Industrial Development Agency.

Resolution No. 50 appointing members to the Farmers Market Committee.

Resolution No. 51 appointing member to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
     Resolution No. 52 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in
     connection with repair of the 24-inch transmission main in the vicinity of 31
     British American Boulevard.

     Resolution No. 53 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J.
     Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., in connection with the retention of
     protective and professional liability insurance policies through Selective
     Insurance Company of Southeast and TDE Specialty Insurance Company.

     Resolution No. 54 approving the recommendation by the Receiver of Taxes of
     Pamela Daniels as Deputy Receiver of Taxes.

     Resolution No. 55 appointing Cindy J. Dumar to the position of Senior Clerk
     to Town Justice in the Justice Department.
