TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Colonie Sign Review Board will hold a public hearing at the

Public Operations Center, 347 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, in the Town of Colonie, on the

16" day of December 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the appeal of AJ Sign Company (O’Connell &

Aronowitz Attorneys at Law) from the decision of the Building Department Director for the Town

of Colonie denying them a sign permit for the premises located at 6 Airport Park Boulevard. The

proposed construction of a 72.72-square-foot freestanding sign with a height of 88 inches exceeds

the allowed square footage of 53.67 square feet (per Formula A) as stated in the Town of Colonie

Land Use Law, Article XV Signs and Billboards, Section 190-83(A)(10) and Attachment #5 - Table

of Permitted Signs. The public may present comments to the Board in person or by emailing

infosrb@colonie.org. (Emailed comments must be received at least 24 hours in advance). Such

comments will be addressed by the Chairman during the hearing. Landlords are strongly encouraged

to. notify tenants of the contents of this notice.
