Sperry Resolutions Resolution No. 85 authorizing the Town Board of the Town of Colonie to certify the list of active volunteer firefighters from the S.W. Pitts Hose Company of Latham NY, Maplewood Volunteer Fire Department, Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department, and Fuller Road Fire Department, submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department, identifying those current members who have at least two (2) years of active volunteer service seeking to receive a real property tax exemption pursuant to Chapter 171 of the Code of the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 86 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all volunteer members of the Maplewood Volunteer Fire Department submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2025. Resolution No. 87 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repairs to the underground utility lines serving the Cooling Tower at the Public Safety Center by Eckert Mechanical LLC. Resolution No. 88 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with AMCS Group, Inc., in connection with a DPW/Division of Fleet Maintenance software upgrade. Resolution No. 89 awarding the bid to Neptune America Inc., in connection with the window replacement project at Memorial Town Hall and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 90 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 91 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Essential Constructs, LLC, in connection with HVAC repairs and upgrades at EMS Station 3. Resolution No. 92 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with overhead door repair at the DPW/Division of Fleet Maintenance Welding Shop by All Type Professional Door Service Inc. Resolution No. 93 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with procurement of a Milli-Q IQ 7003 water purification system at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant Laboratory.
