Resolutions
      Resolution No. 97 permanently appointing Town employees under the NY
      HELPS Program.

      Resolution No. 98 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
      Colonie Youth Center, Inc. for School-Age childcare programs for the youth of
      the Town of Colonie for 2026.

      Resolution No. 99 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services
      to reject all bids received in connection with the Autoclave System
      Replacement Project at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant Laboratory.

      Resolution No. 100 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General
      Services to advertise for bids in connection with the proposed Dock Leveler
      Replacement Project at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the
      DPW/Division of Latham Water.

      Resolution No. 101 calling a public hearing in connection with the Town of
      Colonie’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs.

      Resolution No. 102 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an extension
      agreement with Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the
      administration of Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program using HOME
      funds.

      Resolution No. 103 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
      South Colonie School District in connection with the use of the tennis courts at
      South Colonie Central High School and Lishakill Middle School for the
      Town’s summer tennis program.

      Resolution No. 104 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with
      Colonie Pickleball Club, Inc. in connection with leasing the Pickleball Courts
      at the Mohawk River Park.
Resolution No. 105 awarding the bid to Access Anvil Corp. d/b/a Overhead
Door Company of Glens Falls in connection with garage door replacements
and repairs at various Town properties and authorizing the Supervisor to
execute an agreement for the same.

Resolution No. 106 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
Industrial Medical Associates Group in connection with employee fitness for
duty evaluations.

Resolution No. 107 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 108 accepting a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
Management Services, Inc. in connection with the renewal of Cyber Liability
Insurance Coverage.

Resolution No. 109 awarding the bid to The Healthy Café Catering Company
in connection with catering the Senior Resources 2026 Lunch & Learn
Program for nine months and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an
agreement and renewal agreements for same.

Resolution No. 110 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
Wild Goose Chase NE in connection with the non-lethal control of the geese
population at The Crossings Park, The Town Library and Memorial Town
Hall.

Resolution No. 111 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in
connection with a water main break in the vicinity of 32 Dott Avenue.

Resolution No. 112 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1
to the contract with ANJO Construction, Ltd., in connection with the West
Albany Memorial Park Ice Skating Facility Improvement Project.

Resolution No. 113 pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town
Law calling a Public Hearing in Relation to the 2026 Water Main Replacement
Project NYSDOT Roads (Areas A and B).

Resolution No. 114 pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town
Law calling a Public Hearing in Relation to the 2026 Water Main Replacement
Project Town Roads (Areas C and D).

Resolution No. 115 memorializing the position of Operations Car #1 for an
annual term of office and authorizing the Town Supervisor to make an
appointment to said position.
