Resolution No. 119 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with the proposed annual Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) preventative maintenance and repairs at various Town facilities. Resolution No. 120 awarding the bid to North Eastern Rescue Vehicles, Inc. in connection with the replacement of two emergency care vehicles and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same. Resolution No. 121 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 122 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with site work and utility installation for the West Albany Memorial Park Restroom Building Project. Resolution No. 123 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with Capital Region Reign Softball, Capital District Crossfire Fastpitch Softball, Inc., and Upstate New York Softball, Inc. in connection with leasing the softball fields at the Lishakill Softball Complex. Resolution No. 124 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with Hudson Valley Fire & Safety, Inc. and Moore Fire Extinguisher Co., LLC, in connection with the inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers and hood suppression systems for 2026. Resolution No. 125 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town departments and adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town Departments for 2026 and authorizing the Supervisor to make appointments to such positions. Resolution No. 126 rescheduling the public hearing pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving the 2026 Water Main Replacement Project NYSDOT Roads (Areas A and B). Resolution No. 127 rescheduling the public hearing pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving the 2026 Water Main Replacement Project Town Roads (Areas C and D). Resolution No. 128 accepting the Independent Audit Report related to the Town of Colonie Justice Court’s compliance with the requirements of Section 2019-a of the Uniform Justice Court Act of the State of New York for the calendar year ended December 31, 2025. Resolution No. 129 awarding the bid to Advance Glass, Inc. in connection with the installation of new storefront doors for the restaurant located at the Town of Colonie Golf Course and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for the same.
